"Bought smart home hub and smart lock module for my yale doorman v2n. Something crashed during setup and nothing works. No way to restart or reset the process. Have reset the door multiple times with no success. No phone support. EDIT: Thanks! This was exactly the reply I was looking for. After doing this and resetting the door again I am now able to lock the door with the app. Please put this information in a FAQ or something. I tried to press, hold and double tap the icon in the settings menu. Didn't occur to me to slide it. Updated to 4 stars"

"Had this for 2 years now and works great part from a few minor blips when new upgrades came out. Now can you put a setting on when alarm is armed you can have hue lights on red so it's another deterrent??? It flashes when alarm triggered and flash red when alarm is set/unset so I'm sure you can put a program in there so when it's armed lights can stay red. Then 100% off me for this wonderful piece of equipment"

"Larry, you asked me to drop a message for your attention but where?! I am having a lot of issues here and you guys do not reply to my emails...Definitely one of the worst app I had entirely. I had a lot of issues in the past with Yale, tried to get in touch with customer support with no results,they just don't care. I'm saving up to get a Ring alarm system, .. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YALE SYSTEMS TO ANYONE"

"Easy to set the alarm on the phone looks basic but that's a good thing."

"Absolute trash. Continuous failure to register a new kit throwing various errors. Then I receive an email my account is set up. But I cannot log in either on the website or the app. If I try to set up the kit again in the app is states that an account already exists with those details. So can someone explain to me how exactly am I to make use of what is now an expensive set of decorations?"

"It's okay app for managing the alarm, does what it says on the tin. What would make it so much better is that when the siren goes off, it constantly alerts the phone or makes a ringing noise instead of just a notification beep. This is one thing I really don't like about my HSA 6600 system and kinda wish I'd known before I purchased. The siren will go off but there no alert in the house :-( so I might not hear it before my neighbours do."
